Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the products ordered, and our fulfillment partners' shipping rates.

From time to time, we may offer special shipping promotions, such as free shipping on select products or bundles. Any current promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with multiple trusted fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products.

Because some products are manufactured at different facilities, orders containing multiple items may:

  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Ship on different days
  • Be delivered by different shipping carriers

This is completely normal.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.

Art for God's Children is not responsible for these additional charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@artforgodschildren.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)

We'll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
